Description:
The Winery Hajszan is a medium sized winery with 14 hectars in the Viennese wineyards. Since 2006 Stefan Hajszan is using an organic approach and in the new wine making facility - which was built in 2007 - all of the most modern technologies are at hand. With the Winery and Wine restaurant the family Hajszan offers their guests a very special place to be: a comfortable and inviting wine restaurant settled in a modern ambiance that invites you to stay and unwind. The kitchen offers everything from the typical Austrian delicacies to classical Viennese dishes. While enjoying the family´s handcrafted wines, not only the kitchen but also the „glassy“ wine cellar allow you an interesting insight. The main grape varities are: Grüner Veltliner, Rheinriesling, Gemischter Satz and Chardonnay.
